You could be selling a wide range of items with sentimental value or the sheer volume of items may be difficult to manage. Our team is more than prepared to ensure that this whole transition is going to be easy on you. We will meet with you and appraise every single one of the items with the estate before providing you with a final price. This initial conversation regarding an estate buyout can help you find the ideal solution for a situation that would have otherwise required you to go through all sorts of stages, each with its own complications. For Estate Buyouts we pay Cash upfront.

ESTATE AUCTIONS
Maybe you are interested in selling a few items of value to specialists that can appraise them and offer you a more clear perspective. We will meet with you, take a closer look at the belongings and tell you what sort of offers you should expect. Once we agree on the details, we will take photographs and begin advertising the items on our website. Estate Auctions are designed to help
connect buyers with the valuables they are interested
in online.

ESTATE SALE ON PREMISE
Upon seeing the contents of a home, the decision to have an Auction or Estate Sale on premise can be made right away. When we proceed with an Estate Sale on Premise, we stage each room to properly advertise the contents of your home in order to best appeal to potential buyers. As we stage, we also appraise each item on a spreadsheet and start labeling each with the price. Upon completion of the appraisal, we review with the Owner/Executor the appraisal sheet in order to ensure that we both agree prior to the sale. We then put into action a marketing strategy that advertises the Estate Sale to a broad audience.

On the day of the sale we properly place signs to direct traffic. Our staff members are assigned various positions across the house to both protect and answer questions about the merchandise in the home. After the Estate Sale we present our spreadsheet to our client and pay them.
